Archiving Policy

The Journal of Teaching and Education for Scholars (JOTES) utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.

Furthermore, JOTES ensures the long-term survival of Web-based scholarly publications by actively participating in the Public Knowledge Project Preservation Network (PKP PN). This ensures that the journal's content remains fully accessible and preserved globally, even in the event of any journal or publisher operational disruptions.
